I LOVE bodies and holding space for healing in a physical way... and am always so honored when someone trusts me with maybe the most vulnerable part of them. They say the body keeps score (there's a whole book about it) when it comes to how we store emotional trauma on a physical level, and I absolutely love to not only work out the physical discomforts but also to help hold space and facilitate the body's natural ability to unwind and let go. This session is specifically tailored to your body's needs. Mixed modality sessions can include Swedish massage techniques, Myofascial Release, ART, Passive Stretching, Deep Tissue, Trigger point therapy and Weighted tuning forks/Vibrational Bodywork therapy.
