Soul Alchemy (Coaching)
Through a mix of Holistic and Reflective listening, Integrative Somatic Trauma therapies, Psychic/ Intuitive Guidance and coaching, Ritual and Ceremony practices and various Energy work modalities, I work in collaboration with my clients to support them in understanding their relationship to themselves and their spirituality, whether new found or continued. We work together to create a plan that gives them the tools to unlock, uncover and step into who they are meant to be as their truest most authentic selves. This is a commitment to personal and spiritual growth.

Spirit Alchemy
These sessions combine multiple Energy work modalities, Guided Meditation, Holistic and Reflective listening and Psychic/ Intuitive Guidance to help shift energy, clearing out any necessary energy blockages along the way. We will end the session by pulling cards to provide any further guidance necessary.

Cacao Alchemy
These sessions start off with a personal Cacao Ceremony. While sitting in communion with this sacred heart opening plant medicine you will take the time to fully set your intention for the rest of the session. I will then use a mix of various Energy work modalities, Guided Meditation, Holistic and Reflective listening and Psychic/ Intuitive Guidance to take you through your session, clearing out any necessary energy blockages along the way. We will end the session by pulling cards to provide any further guidance necessary.

Energy Alchemy
These sessions use a combination of Tarot/Oracle card reading, Psychic/Intuitive guidance and Energy/Aura reading to give practical and palatable guidance into specific aspects of your life.

Herbal Alchemy
I absolutely love creating, spinning and curating the magic that is a custom herbal intention oil, whether it be for an individual... or even to help set and solidify the intention for a group or workshop
These are not essential oils in a carrier oil. A lot of love, thought and intention goes into each step of the process - from initial herbal infusion to final blessing.

Reiki Classes
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by the “laying on of hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive.
