Service Description

A focused, 90-minute session designed to recalibrate your nervous system and restore internal coherence. This session is ideal if you are: • overwhelmed or braced • stuck in a repeating pattern • navigating a transition • emotionally flooded or shut down • needing embodied clarity We begin with somatic tracking and work directly with what is happening in your body. When relevant, energetic recalibration, fascial bodywork and archetypal tools may be integrated. This is not passive energy work and not traditional talk therapy. It is embodied, relational recalibration. You will leave with greater regulation, clearer internal orientation, and tangible integration tools. ​ Through Holistic and Reflective Listening, we will identify the core areas where you need support. Nicole will guide you as you move through your own process of energetic clearing and realignment, empowering you to restore the natural flow of energy and vitality to your body, mind, and spirit.
